Kfc - Baton Rouge

Greeted by the crew and manager. Clean lobby, hot and fresh food, and yes i would drive 5 miles just to get to plank and Hollywood

The workers do not greet you when you walk thru the door. Lately when I come to this location later in the evening they run out of chicken. How is that so? Bad management who do not know how to properly send for Inventory.

If I can I will give them a zero because they don't have product the food to cook then they take my order and still don't have what I want then tell me to pull up at the second pole wait for about 30 minutes then I have to drive around then wait againwhere's the manager

I went all the way back in lane for this. How is this ok?

Dear Colonel Sanders, please shut down this location. Waited 35 minutes in a drive through, designed so I can't drive away. Ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches which were dry as a bone, no pickles, dripping with sauce. Also ordered a burrito supreme,no sour cream and the lettuce taste spoiled. Will never return. Will just go to Raising Cane's down the road, a much betterexperience. felt
