Lit Pizza - Baton Rouge

Went last week and we were wondering if management told the employees to cut back on the ingredients. They usually put a sufficient amount of ingredients on your pizza depending on who's making it. I ordered the super veggie pizza instead of on it usually offered on the calzone. I had to ask constantly if I could have some more ingredients and it just didn't happen. Please don't go down the road of a National sub shop that train their people to put one olive per tomato!!! My wife didn't want crust so she ordered a bowl. It was embarrassing of how little she had in her build your own bowl. It was so bad with so little in the bowl, the guy called her to let her know her food was ready asked her did she wanted more ingredients, but a little late for that. I appreciate him noticing, but it should have never been put in the oven that way. This is a great concept, but employees shouldn't be trained to put as little on the pizza or in a bowl as possible.

They’re always super busy and I can see why. Their pizza is super good! The employees are always busy running around and from what I see they work hard! Not to mention they’re extremely friendly even when it seems they’re stressed. Great place to eat and the prices for pizza are great.

The different options for pizzas are the best, and the size is just right for one person.

Today, I waited a while to even be greeted by someone while two employees looked at me. Two more employees came out of the back and I was finally helped. After my one topping pepperoni pizza was created, it was put on the table to be put in the oven. One employee continued to make his own food for his break. The other three employees went in the back. I had to wait at the counter for someone to see me so I could tell them to put my pizza in. I eat lot pizza 2-3 time a week and this was my worst visit.
