Mcdonald's - Baton Rouge

Okay, I can't imagine why they have ice or shake on the menu because their machines are always down!

I wanted to make my kids ice cream. Drive thru girl said they didn't have ice, then asked me to wait after I ordered a 10 nugget food deal. I could hear her laugh and talk to others in the store (there is a camera under the drive thru Marking. we waited for at least 5 minutes while other cars were after us. So, I said excuse me and she said that ended your order and oh pull up. There was a car ahead of us and guess what. You have ice cream. I wish I had taken a photo because she denied it when we finally moved into the window. I'll never be here again. Rude people including managers.

Came to baseball practice for a quick snack. A track was open in the drive thru and was told that they don't have ice, just to pull behind the person before us when they handed over their great beautiful vanilla ice cream cream! Seriously?

Slowly, illiterate, after repeating the order more than once of course the order was wrong. I would give negative stars if I could, but the one star I evaluate that we say is for the fact that the ice machine was not down, although the same cannot be said for the frapé machine. The Mcflurry I got was wrong. It's just something about how rude some people can be in general. I'm pretty sure it's the employee who expected to welcome you or even acknowledge hell not vice versa. Terrible service.

For some backstory I?ve lived in 4 states. I?ve been to a McDonald?s in a vast majority of every state in the US. I?ve even been to McDonald?s in other countries. The workers at this McDonald?s are the best Pro-choice argument I have ever heard and I?m a devout catholic. I was yelled at when asking the worker to repeat because I don?t speak Ebonics, every frappe is more like an iced coffee, they forget toppings, sauces, change. The list goes on. I would rather slam my privates into a car door if I was these workers parents because they truly have minimal skills. I mean that is indeed why they make minimum wage; nevertheless I still have to go here often to get food because I won?t drive 25 minutes for a box of chicken nuggets. These workers should think about their lives every day, because they truly don?t deserve to have them.
