Mcdonald's - Baton Rouge

This location of McDonald's is having problems. I go quite often to get a daily iced tea. Often, we are informed that there will be a wait of 20-30 minutes because their griddles are down or their drink machines are down. Appears to always have something wrong. Just yesterday I was told there would be a 30 minute wait if I wanted food. I told them I just wanted iced tea. The girl finally took my order. I went around to pay..no problem. I went to next window to get my tea and no one was there. There was 7 people at curbside. I waited almost 15 minutes and finally girl I paid came running from her station to get me my tea. This McDonalds is a mess.

I already struggle with trust issues, so when my husband brought me a burger from this restaurant, I was not expecting anything out of the ordinary. However, after taking a few bites, I realized something was off. The meat was so undercooked that it seemed like the cow could have been brought back to life with a little CPR. I was furious and called to complain, but the excuse I received was less than satisfactory - apparently, the cook was new. Whether this is true or not, I can't help but wonder if he was under the influence of something that night, as the meat was not cooking properly. If he truly is new, then I have to question who trained him - Hannibal Lecter?

I already have trust issues, but my husband brought me a burger from this restaurant and it tasted odd. When I called to complain, they blamed it on the new cook. Whether that excuse is true or not, I was not impressed with the quality of the food.

There 9/17/2020. I just wanted sharp nuggets. Were you in McDonald?s in YEARS? I asked for two meals and my pommes to be hot out of fat and they said, okay I have nothing to wait for. I'll get up, they'll give me old pommes. I asked for her hot and gave her back. They put my pommes in the fat and returned them. What a joke...

Sub par... The older lady in the window claimed to be a leader, but she is sometimes RUDE. Besides some other ladies who were there, it is too bad that McDonald's is too desperate to leave some of these women a week without pay and maybe they have an adjustment adjustment. And remember what they said when they were hired, how customer-friendly they all needed a break and I really think that McDonald's on Coursey and Jones Gorillaz need away every week because they are all rude and evil most of them.
