I was pleasantly surprised to see that the staff wasnt thrown off by his requests when ordering. Our server even made sure what he wanted was safe for him before placing the order. When she brought his food he also had options of new things to try.Our food arrived quickly and was perfect. The portions were just right for the price.I could tell everything was made from high quality ingredients and pride was taken in house made items like salad dressings, lemonade, and even mayonnaise. As we ate,our server checked on us often as well as a manager to ensure we were satisfied.I felt spoiled by all the attention but it was exceeded when we were offered complimentary dessert of choice.Everything was exceptional and now we have a place to eat that helps a person with allergies feel seen and included.
Service was impeccable. The appetizer was amazing. The chargrilled oysters are the highlight wow!!! So much flavor. The house salad was also memorable. The crawfish etouffee was not my favorite. Very clean place as well.
The food was great, I got the Cajun plate . The service was awful, the server was waiting on his tables in another room, and forgot all about us. So we sat there at least 10 minutes before we even got drinks. And then the service was sporadic at best. The server even had to get help from another server to bring out our drinks and food. And i had to chase down the server to even pay for the bill crazy. I have no idea why they would give the server one table in another room, when he could barely keep up with the tables he had in the other room?
There was alot of hype about this place. It fell well short of my expectations. My coworkers and I sat at the bar. Half us were provided drinks right away. Another bartender came along and eventually served all of us. I got four fried oysters to start off. They were fried hard burnt. They did not charge me for two. My meal came with in a reasonable time. The appearance and taste was not great. It was greasy . I got the Guitreau. Salad and double baked stuffed potato. I should of checked yelp before dining here. I would went somewhere else.
I had a birthday. Large portions, GREAT drinks and relaxed atmosphere. I recommend every oyster and fried seafood plate. The cream brulee was heavenly.
