Contribuisci feedbackI had ordered an extra pepperoni thin crust pizza for a little over 13 dollars. Unfortunately there was not extra pepperoni on the pizza and there were spaces in between the pepperoni. It looked a plain pepperoni pizza. I called to give feedback. The first phone call was answered after 4 rings then put on hold before phone was quickly disconnected. I called back to someone stating she was not sure what to do because she was new. I asked if she could take a message to give it to someone who could help then another person picked up quickly and stated that I received less pepperoni after paying for extra and there were no spaces in between the slices. When I said there were plenty of space between the slices, she continued to argue her point so I stated I would contact corporates and hung up. My husband stated they were very busy with two employees. I am more disappointed with the customer service provided over the phone than my order that was not prepaired for what I paid.
I just ordered a $10 3 topping LARGE Tastemaker pizza with sausage, bacon and pepperoni. I literally only have 8 pepperoni?s probably 5 crumbs of Bacon and boat load of sausage. Where?s the rest of the pepperonis and Bacon? If this was the case I would?ve just ordered a sausage pizza. Very upset because I love this location and for them to upset me on that hungry stomach is really disappointing. I WANT A REFUND. I didn?t order a sausage pizza
I ordered tastemaker pizza with 3toppings, and when I got to my destination I was too far away to go back to 70805 airline hwy. I am hurt between the moto of this place dud not hold up their slogan ????. Called no one answered. I feel money was taken from me.. Hurt.
This is one place I love to go get my pizza from it is very , very good eating there try it u will be happy .
Good experience. Food was ready on time. Pizza was good and look presentable. The boneless wings was good as well but they didn?t look as good visibly.
