I visited this restaurant at two different locations on Friday, placing my order in advance for 6:30 PM. However, when I arrived at 6:50 PM, my order wasn't ready for pickup, let alone curbside. At both locations, I had to request a refund because I couldn't wait for them to get my order ready when I arrived. This morning, when I asked a staff member how long it would take, she ignored me. I am very disappointed with the service at this place. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them if you're in a hurry, as the staff certainly isn’t.
