Contribuisci feedbackI ordered a chili frito pie, but it arrived without any chili. How do you mess that up? This is exactly why I avoid ordering from here—the service is consistently disappointing.
I had quite a frustrating experience with their newly implemented fast food menu system, which was unfortunately broken during my visit. This really impacted the overall drive-thru experience (see attached picture). To make matters worse, the staff had difficulty understanding the person taking my order, which only added to the frustration. Overall, it was not the best experience. Food rating: 3/5.
It's a typical Sonic drive-in. The service was quick, and we found it easy to order using the app, which was a seamless experience. They brought our food out promptly. The location is convenient for getting in and out, especially near an intersection. I really love their ice—it’s actual ice, not ice cream!
Everything was in order, but I ordered the ticket with chilli and I'll be fine when I have it. no chilli and I'll ask them where they are. they had about 14 tons on a tablet. So I told them to take this off my ticket. they have.
Will not be back to this one. The bun was so old and stale I'm surprised it didn't have mold on it, and my Dr pepper tasted like straight carbonated water. Very disappointed bc usually I can depend on sonic to provide hot fresh food on the go. ?
