Contribuisci feedbackThe place really doesn't deserve a star, but to leave a review for me, I had to evaluate it. Let me first say that I came to brunch before 04/23/2002 and never had any problems. I have a brunch for the 63. My mother's birthday booked with about 10 guests. When I spoke to Gabrielle Restaurant Manager, she told me that she had two other big parties during the time I was booked so that our food could take a while to come to us for kitchen with an oven. Because she was gracious enough to provide this information before the time, I let her know that I was completely understanding her situation, and would order champagne and appetizers before the time to not have my mother guests sitting for an hour without refreshments. I went on Thursday and paid $250 for appetizers ready on our arrival. The event started for 11a, where all guests arrived on time, with the exception of me. When I arrived at 12:00, I sat down and asked my mother if Entree had been taken orders? She reacted with No and told me that the waitress, Kara waited for me to come to begin to submit orders. I sat for 30 minutes and the waitress never recognized me, came back to check on our table, or even refill drinks? In fact, she was standing next to us with two other women at a table. At 12:45, I apologized from the table and apologized to Kara to interrupt her conversation, but whenever she was ready, my guests were ready to order. When I turned and left my back, my guest rolled that Kara was rolling her eyes on me when I took my place, I saw her very respectfully lifting menus in her hand to her mouth, and went on to talk about me and my guests to the two women at the other table. The two women then seek our group as if there were any kind of problem. I am completely confused at this point, so as soon as Kara finally makes over 5 minutes later), I begin to express my concerns. Kara cuts me right away, without apology and gets her manager. The manager, Mrs Gabrielle, was also dismissed and made things one step further when Kara allowed me to challenge me before guests and other employees. Never pull them out of the ground or try to diffuse the situation except to position something in front of Kara, during a verbal exchange I had with her employee who had the grace to give me a hard star to simply make a formal complaint for her extremely bad service after her name. This facility will NIE see my money again, retail or restaurant page. Also, to add injury to insult, I am decent by African Americans, how was Kara?. All the others there on that day, including the two women they so kindly visited?. Caucasian. In the future, your black employees train to check their settings at the door? Thank God I have a healthy sense, because that could have been terrible.
Pleasantly surprised by the delicious dishes. We had the Prosciutto Flatbread and a chicken caprese sandwich. Save space for Dessert... The coconut cake was amazing
Very nice place to have a reception. The indoor and outdoor space was wonderful.
I've been writing this for about a month. My experience at the Crown Bistro was very pleasant. Marilyn, the manager, welcomed us with open arms. She was patient with our order and gave us a voucher for when we returned. If you haven't been there, I recommend you to this bistro!!
Well......... Pricey........... And they microwaved all my food. (could watch it through their kitchen window) also took an hour to bring it all out.... Probably because they only have 1 microwave. ?
