I reached out through the contact us part on the website and immediately got a response. Marc responded and was extremely helpful in getting our cake to us. He drove to us to bring us the cake. This went above and beyond any expectations and it was truly appreciated. The cake was great, also!
We had the cookie monster shake, chocolate malt, and jar of red velvet ice cream. A little pricey, but it was great!
Our milkshakes ice cream were great! Will be back. The staff were really nice gave us great suggestions!
Holy wow! This is an art form and brings out the kid in me every time I go. Definitely a MUST!
No signage as to where to order. Do you order when you walk-in? Do they take your order athe th ice cream counter? Oh wait until you get to the cashier. Then ask her if she takes your order? I would have loved to hear someone ask if I needed help or this is how you order! Instead the nex to customers had to prompt the employees to give them service. Nice they bring you your order. No, then let me tell you how it works. Train the staff. I bring my employees to Chic-ra-la on millerville and tell them this is how you keep customers.What a great concept! It could be so much more. Insist on more personality. Don’t look bummed when 12 customers come in an hour before you close. Make that $200–$275 and be happy!
