Wingstop - Baton Rouge

As a dasher, I haven't personally tried the food at this restaurant, but it always seems to be buzzing with customers. The staff has great personalities and do an excellent job of keeping things running smoothly! I believe they are definitely overworked, underpaid, and not fully appreciated for their hard work. Keep up the fantastic work, everyone!

Customer Service was on point! My food was fresh and it was great. I didn’t get any thigh meat NOT. Though the price has increased drastically my food was very satisfying. Thanks for being awesome!

I've been to this location a few times before, but it's been quite a while. This time was a very bad experience. I ordered through the website, for delivery. Was missing three drinks and all of our ranch dips, one of which I paid extra for. The fries were cold and not seasoned as ordered.

My son ordered the bundle of wings and fries and 2 drinks 10 hot wings for my him and 5 dry lemon pepper for myself and omg what a mistake I made the lemon pepper wings was extremely salty and greasy you could feel the salt it was like they just dumped salt on it.i wasn't going to write a review but we made the order at 4 something got home called them at maybe 5 and no answer and when they did after the 10th time they pick up say hold and that's it you can't say a single word it's 9:35 pm now and still havent talked to anyone still hold and listening to recording all over again the longest I held on was 30 mins after 10 -15 I'm done calling for tonight

This was my third visit in six months. They have all been much the same. Restaurant was clean and the food was adequate, all things considered. But the management is poor. The things that are happening in this establishment are in no way ok. Ghetto is the best way to describe the atmosphere. While eating we noticed several things: loud arguing amongst staff, obvious skimming from the till anda clear lack of leadership. The girl she will never be mistaken for a young LADY we later found out is the general manager is all of 25 and a walking stereotype AT BEST with long, hyper colored braids, a nasty attitude and no idea of how to speak to others. DONT expect greetings or courtesy because apparently it's a privilege for you to be served. If you can avoid this place do so. I won't be going back.
