The staff (waiter and manager) does not accommodate food allergies, despite multiple reminders! We also lament the lack of empathy from the manager. Otherwise, good value for money and a wide selection for breakfast available!

The meal was delicious and wanted. value for money very well. the hotel is quite correct and at the level of its three stars. the rooms are pretty and comfortable. view of the garden is fantastic, even in winter! The buffet breakfast is 5 stars. quality, product choice, variety and especially the search for organic and local products. a dream place to visit the country of herve, cork, maastricht and Aix-la-Chapelle.
