Contribuisci feedbackThe staff at this restaurant seemed rushed and inattentive, and my wrap was served cold. When I tried to use my app for a $32 order, the server scanned it but failed to inform me that it didn't go through. When I asked about it, they appeared irritated and eventually gave me my food. Unfortunately, the food was also cold and I missed out on earning $32 worth of points.
I observed the staff picking up a food item from the floor and putting it in a bag to take to the drive-thru window. When I raised this issue with the manager, they just smiled and said okay. Today when I visited for breakfast, my sandwich ingredients were thrown into a bag separately and ended up being smashed to pieces. While they served 5 people behind me, I waited for my food to be prepared and carried out front. I always make an effort to be extra polite to fast food workers out of fear of my food being tampered with. I'm concerned about the situation at your location. I don't usually post Google reviews because it's a waste of my time, but I felt the need to express my thoughts. Please investigate why your staff is unhappy and address the issue.
Place is slow and very unorganized. Waited almost 15 mins for a toasted bagel.
Like most Tim Hortons there's 10 employees in there at a time but No one actually taking orders. 2 employees were actually walking around laughing while we were waiting for someone to help us.
Friendly. Poor staff is always over worked and under staffed. Mgmt needs to get a handle on their issues.
