Witnessed a unreasonable Indian customer who demanded to use this outlet Staff washroom rather than ask properly, and still wanna act reasonable by demanding to speak to the outlet manager. Salute the lady supervisor/outlet manager who handle the situation well. She truly understand that customer is not always right, but customer has the right to voice out. She didn't let the situation escalate further by simply explained once and knows when not to insist understanding of customer.
