We enjoyed our meal very much The trout was deboned, very tasty and although rather small it was enough for me. We also had the chikmeruli and kachapuri so for two people it was perfect. I recommend it.
The food was ok. I had baked eggplant and some dolmas/ they were just both smothered in cheese so the other flavors were lost. Service is similar to the rest of this town, just very frustrating! I sat as a solo woman, outside, for about 40 minutes as various men in different clothings came in and out of the restaurant I was not sure who worked here, and I am not taught to be rude and yell for someone. So I waited until finally a man made eye contact so I could actually get a menu…. That’s ridiculous 40 minutes for a menu. Once i ordered I had a female waitress and from there on I had great service.
Nice fine designed place in the middle of old Batumi, a large selection of dishes, although not all was so testy (specifically chicken under cheese, the rest was wonderful . We didn’t get our meals together and it took pretty long time to my wife to receive her one (I hope if we were emphasized in advance, they were bring meals together. Will try next time . Good prices.
They have really nice dishes for kids: soup with meatballs, chicken cutlets and mashed potatoes; as for the rest, the mushroom cream soup was just average. However the prices are rather adequate for the central part of the city and the service was supersonic
The food is delicious, and the staff are smiling and friendly. It is also clean. I tried the kharsho soup and the grilled mushrooms with cheese, and both are very tasty.
