Contribuisci feedbackWhat a surprise! My wife surprised me with a booking at Quoi for our anniversary dinner. I never thought I would find such fine dining in the hills district. It was a refreshing experience, as we typically have to go to Sydney CBD for this level of quality. The wine list was reasonably priced as well. I give this hatted restaurant 5 stars. Chef Josh even came out to talk to us, which was a bonus and something I have never experienced before. From the warm crusty bread to the fresh oysters, scallops, and steak tartare, I couldn't find a single fault in the skill and execution of the dishes. The 950g cote de Boef was sensational, and the broccolini with char-grilled lemon was the perfect side. The desserts were also brilliant. We will definitely be returning.
I recently discovered this charming little restaurant and I wish I had found it sooner! The atmosphere was inviting and intimate, making me feel like my business was truly appreciated. The food was absolutely amazing! While the appetizer of warm olives and bread was just average (missing olive oil balsamic dipping sauce), the salmon Tata entree was a standout dish with fresh, flavorful flavors and contrasting textures. It was one of the best things I have ever tasted! I was blown away by the quality. Moving on to my main course of wagyu 7+ score rib eye and black truffle mash, I was initially concerned that it wasn't a bone-in steak, but it turned out to be perfect. The steak was cooked to perfection and the flavor was outstanding. I can't wait to return and try more dishes! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience - it has been a long time since I have enjoyed a restaurant so thoroughly that I felt compelled to write a review. Cheers.
Last night, we had dinner at Quoi for the first time and both opted for the degustation menu. The dishes were intricately designed with great attention to detail. Each course was visually stunning and continued to impress as we engaged our other senses. Every dish had a perfect balance of flavors and textures, and the sequence of the degustation menu was carefully planned to enhance the dining experience. Established fine dining favorites like Est. and Aria now have a strong competitor in Quoi. Josh and his team have successfully broken the Sydney CBD's dominance in high-end dining with their welcoming and comfortable venue in The Hills district. Locals are in for a treat and it's worth the trip for those who usually dine in the city.
Another memorable dinner at Quoi. A real treat for Valentines day by the chef and the staff. The food was exquisite and melts in your mouth. This place is the real deal. I'm not going to town anymore as the fine dining came to me in Norwest. Cannot wait to go back.
I can’t fault this place. The food is delicious, beautifully presented and the staff are always attentive. You never wait long to be served or for your meals to arrive. Had dinner with my Dad here on Tuesday night and the duck is absolutely sensational. Must try.
