Aperitif on a very nice terrace with a beautiful view of Baume and surroundings. The Terroir Menu is very good. Nice evening.

Very beautiful environment but, as almost always in the menus of restaurants, whether they are of great or small standing, too much cream in the menus, which leaves very little choice to those who do not like it. It's a pity because you can find in the French cuisine of the terroirs a lot of great recipes that do not necessarily require the use of the cream in all sauces.
