The kids enjoyed the spaghetti Bolognese and fish and chips, which were cooked perfectly and came in generous portions at a reasonable price. The main courses were decent, with the standout being the delicious chicken Caesar salad, which had a perfect balance of chicken, lettuce, and bacon. However, the nasi goreng was a bit disappointing as it was too dry despite having plenty of flavor. The service was excellent and speedy.
The staff were friendly, the food was okay, but the bread rolls were fantastic. I decided to try the Ravioli with pumpkin. The sauce tasted similar to pumpkin soup, which made the dish a bit too rich for my liking.
Unfortunately lost stars from me as there was glass in my food ! Management quickly took away the last of the salad they had and informed me they binned it from other customers. However no compensation or apology was given. The space itself is lovely and has many amazing items on view. The open fire places made for a very warm space.
Had a lovely meal there tonight but more importantly had amazing service. Michelle was patient and helpful when I was asking multiple questions about menu choices and her recommendations were spot on. Got to say her friendliness and sense of humour made our night.
I had a meal with my children and their families at the Bistro. I had Nasi Goreng it was very tasty with the Asian taste twist. It was the Seniors serve it was quite a large meal. The dish featured chicken prawns with the rice as well as vegetables and of course the Fried Egg on top. I enjoyed the meal and a gin and tonic topped off a great evening with my family. Staff were very nice and cleaned the table of the plates and glasses
