Panera Bread - Bay City

I was pleasantly surprised. first I met a friend here for a business meeting. he had lunch and I had just coffee and checked the place for future reference. the food looked good and I found he came here often, so I decided to try it again. I came with a group to lunch and found the food as well as service were both pretty good. I will definitely try again.

Nice facility, clean... fast service. Haven't really interacted with staff because I order through the app and do rapid pick-up... but the restaurant is clean and the beverage area is always organized and clean.

Online order was convenient and easy. Salad is delicious! I've thought the baguette on the side would've been wrapped though.

Not a good place to enjoy a meal. Over priced, two sandwiches and to small drinks $30.00. Asked for Coke and wasn't advised of Pepsi product sales and when I got to soda machine Cola dispenser was out of order. Had to settle for different drink. Looked for a clean table, not one to be found in whole store, all tables smeared with previous customers residue. Fast food self service pick-up and cashier had audacity to ask for a tip. All in all a terrible dining experience.

I enjoy visiting this Panera for lunch since it's just a few minutes from my workplace, and the staff is always friendly. Carter is consistently helpful, and Dennis takes my order whenever I arrive. He is the kindest person I've ever met, and seeing him brightens my day. The welcoming atmosphere is a big draw for me! I also love the spicy chicken sandwich with emerald green, which pairs perfectly with the mango-loaded lemonade. I can't get enough of it!
