Rally's - Bay City

I ordered the monsterella sticks because of them having the fry seasoning and there was no difference. All the employees were very polite

We live about 40 minutes away so when we are in town my son likes to stop. Went through the drive-thru tonight on wilder rd and a young man waited on us. (Receipt said Grant) . What a great worker! So polite, attentive, made recommendations, joked, smiled. Its so nice to see this in the workplace, especially today. So thank you to that man for his respect and manners! And to the rest of the crew for all your work. Food service is not for the weak and often not credited enough, it doesn't go unnoticed in our family!

We stopped by the rallys along Columbus ave and the food was normal, but this review is about the red haired lady who appeared to run the shift, from our order being kind of mixed up from us not really knowing what we wanted etc , she never missed a beat, every item was correct. From her pleasant demeanor, to the other workers looked new as they kind of looked lost but she appeared to keep them on page while helping them along. She just really blew our minds.

Food was hot, fast, and delicious. Tried the new Fry Seasoned Chicken Tenders and they were amazing! Just wish they had remembered my BBQ sauce

Amazing burgers. it is a great place to overwhelm if you have done something worth treating you. there is a depressionsburger. who does she care about why they are here? you're here, and your liking is happy.
