Subway - Bay City

I just had the best service we’ve ever experienced at a Subway! I typically order the same veggie sub, and believe it or not, the one I just had was truly the best yet—perfectly balanced in ingredients and beautifully put together. The two staff members who assisted us were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my husband, who is recovering from mouth surgery and can’t chew solid food. Since the soups are not available in the warmer months, they generously offered to finely chop something for him or serve tuna salad in a bowl. Both options sounded great, and my husband opted for the tuna. We were genuinely impressed by their kindness and the quality of our lunch. Huge thanks to those employees!

As a member of the staff at both Subway and the gas station, I often hear compliments about how great our store looks! We strive to meet the needs of every customer and aim to exceed their expectations. While some team members are friendlier than others, we work together to achieve our main goal: keeping our customers happy! Like any fast food establishment, we have our off days, but we always put forth our best effort in every situation. I genuinely believe we are one of the best Subways around, but it's really up to you to decide. Come in and see for yourself! We're here to make you the perfect sandwich that you crave.

The subs were made exactly to my specifications and were absolutely delicious. The only employee present was courteous and professional, despite the large number of customers. I really hope they bring in more staff in the future.

A few days ago, I found myself in a bit of a predicament as someone was chasing me, so I ducked into a Subway for safety. Upon entering, I encountered an incredibly muscular guy named Ben, who reminded me of the Incredible Hulk. I shared my situation with him, and he confidently reassured me, "Don't worry, citizen! I will save you." He swiftly handled the troublemaker and then generously offered to prepare me a sub. Thank you, Ben!!!
