I love the atmosphere. build their own pizza for the children is simply fun. the children loved it and the pizza was not bad. the child meal at 4-$5 is fantastic. many restaurants try to get $6 for children who are ridiculous. 1/2 lb **** are handmade and not frozen. they are boiled to their desired test. they have it right for me. my only complaining was the little one. I like a damp bungalow, they were really dry and flocky. the chicken peas was really good. good size too. not complaining here. the waiting staff was attentive and did a great job. total good experience.
Took a vacay with the family and this was just down the street from our hotel stay. Our server was super kind and on top of refills, ordering, etc. Kids loved the food and so did me and my wife. Five star rating for a restaurant is very tough to give in my opinion. There are few 5-star restaurants. But for a family place with tons of options, this place was great. Only complaint I had was when we arrived. There are 7 of us and the lady at the welcome desk was great. However, when one of the coworkers asked her how many we had and she replied seven the look of disgust and annoyance was very obvious. (We arrived about 90 minutes before their closing time--not an excuse, just context). I believe she was also one of the hostesses. Perhaps she had a bad day but that type of attitude with paying customers is uncalled for. I chose not to let it effect our dinner and we still had a great experience with the server and food. So I won't negatively score the restaurant, but hopefully someone notes this and works with the hostess staff to ensure they don't make another family feel unwanted right from the get go.
I really liked the staff. Everything is perfect here except the deep dish pizza is flat. I paid 12 dollars for this pizza. Seems like everyone else is here for drinks, not food. Now I know! The manager offered another one, which I think will round out my meal nicely. I'll raise from 3 to 4 stars instead of 5 only because it seems like the deep dish is always similarly flat according to conversations with people. Though mine might have been more flat. The new one was less flat. Reasonably good place for drinks at least! Might have better luck with pizzas that have tomato sauce. It was just disappointing because the idea of a deep pizza was exciting, then the pizza was not deep. BUT, the quality and flavor were top notch.
The service was good but the food was not Good I feel like I payed $12.99 for a $3 microwave pizza.
I asked for a classic pepperoni, got two Chicago classics with hella sausage. I’m just sad because I work in food and if someone told me classic pepperoni deep dish imma just do a pepperoni deep dish pizza. I hate sausage. I’m very sad
