Let me start of by saying that I NEVER leave reviews. I don’t trust the system and assume companies only ever put the best reviews at the top. On that note , I Have never purchased from mikes cigars and wouldn’t you know it i got the WAY wrong product. I called mikes customer service and my worries were instantly relieved, they apologized profusely and were extremely easy to work with. The right product is being rushed to my door and the product I was sent was a good cigar so when they offered it to me at cost to make up for the mistake I couldn’t turn it down. I will 100% be purchasing from Mikes Cigars again in the future and recommend anyone mot sure about this company give them a shot you wont be disappointed.

Great service! I placed an order on Wednesday and received my cigars on Friday! I literally live across the country. My package was fresh and ready to smoke. Not to mention good prices. I will definitely be buying from Mikes again...

I had a problem receiving my order, or so I thought. Called customer service and they got right on it. Problem solved. I got my cigars and on time. I problem. You guys were great. THANKS

I have been a steady customer with no complaint history, I ordered a box of Don Diego which you could not draw smoke from. I wrote a nice email to their customer service and they never responded. So 2 days later I called and was told to send another email and was promised a call back that day, which never cam. I called back 3 days later and they said they have not had any other problems with that brand and no credit. It’s pretty obvious that they avoid you by not returning call. Oh well JR cigar will take my money
