Backlot Express - Bay Lake

The food was ok. All condiments you had to put on yourself. Workers were blocking ramp down to order counter.

Food wasnt great we came at 8pm on a night they closed at 9pm and they had already started cleaning and closing half the soda machines. It wasnt busy so not a big deal but food wasnt great. Wookie cookie was dry and chicken tenders were mostly breading.

The food is typical quick service at a Disney theme park. The fact that their ice machine was not working was ridiculous! They should have brought ice in from another location. Disney is supposed to be superior, it was not however on the Saturaday we visited.

I loved this fast casual restaurant! Tons and tons of seating. Great food and the Wookiee Cookie is especially on-point. Highly recommend!

Typical counter service Disney food location. Overpriced and underwhelming. The wait was the shortest for any quick service we went to during our trip and there is always plenty of seating available indoors or out. It probably is one of the better quick service locations on property.
