Contribuisci feedbackThe food was hot, fresh and fast! My special order was even right. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean. I especially like the patio seating area. My only complaint is as we were leaving there were no signs warning of the wet slippery concrete. It caused a fall to a member of my family.
Purchased two frostycinos at the window. The girl was rude and didn't even take order. Drove to window and she acted like she didn't know what that was. The drinks were bitter store had a sign store open but doors were locked the drive up was around the corner.. WENT IN TO RETURN HORRIBLE DRINKS stale old coffee with splash of half and half over tons of ice. Server took forever and raised her voice at us. Threw change at us. Almost threw up when tasted drink. Coffee was a week old gross!! Server should be fired she never said thank you or hello believe she deliberately made drink bad horrible experience to say the least
The staff here, look and act less than pleased to be at work almost as if the customer is bothering them by being there. I could understand ALL of the gossip and complaining that was being discussed right on the line that?s obviously far more important than assisting the guest that?s patronizing the business! I too would be frustrated if I missed out on any of the information not. Luckily I could hear all of it ALL, including the part starting the manager saying she wished the customers just needed to go home, and they pile were out of everything so she didn?t see why they were even open! A simple acknowledgment of the customer would go a long way! I understand the struggles that the pandemic has sadly graced us all of businesses with whether it be staffing issues, short supply on products, and the list could go on and on! I was actually excited when another fast food restaurant came to town, as the others are lacking quite a bit on customer service, and quality of food and it is sad to say Wendy?s has fallen into the same category! I am wishing for the General Manager or District Manager to contact me!
It's hard to find a restaurant with good customer service nowadays, but this place has been extraordinary in this particular skill. Every time I come here, the staff is friendly and the food is fresh. Yesterday, I witnessed the GM refusing to leave on his day off until he knew his staff were set. The amount of care he had in his establishment is also a rare gem to find. Keep up the great work, guys!
Went to the location after checking the time and every available schedule shows them open until one o?clock and I showed up more than an hour before that. Tried to order but the team would not respond through the speaker so I tried to make a mobile order just to make sure they were still accepting orders and they were. So after waiting for some time for a response one of the team members came out the back door just to tell me they were done taking orders and as I was leaving she called me stupid for wanting food at this time of night. I work night shift and this is my only time to eat for the shift so i definitely do not feel stupid for trying not to starve.
