Bayshore Bagels Deli - Bay Shore

I've known Bill for a long time and his sandwiches are amazing. I'll call or go in and he knows what I want without telling him. I wish he would get a bigger deal, though one with tables, so you can eat. I wish he had opened longer and a bigger place.

I've been here for over a decade and I've never been disappointed. The bagels are always fresh and their Veggie-Creme cheese is my personal gold standard, against which I can judge all other Veggie-Creme cheeses. The owner is friendly and friendly and works very hard. I love this place and I go every chance I get with my stupid sleep plan and after about 10 miles further away. It is worth the journey for the service and the quality of their bagels and cream cheese.

Best bagel. This guy knows how to make a bagel. Every bagel, EVERY time, cooked perfectly, mixed perfectly. I employ other bagel store owners to take a ride, experience what a real bagel should taste like! Customer for life.

The owner is a great guy! Works hard and has an INCREDIBLE memory! After 2 visits he already knew my order and it's impressive how quick he can recall mine as well as the orders of a whole line of customers. They also have the best bacon sandwiches in the area too. Must try!!!
