Contribuisci feedbackWOW!!!!! Poor management and novice Ownership put Slice of Bayshore into the ground sooner then I figured. Bayshore folks lost a good restaurant. I wish Mike the best!!!! Terry Rally
Honestly I have ordered pizza quite often from this place and let me tell you it never gets better. The pizza is too doughy and falls apart way to often. As well as the sauce is sour, what kind of pizza is this, I live in New York.
Doug W, thank you for your inspiring and spot on review which deservedly received ROTD honors 2 days ago. Chef Michael you are a genius, you are super talented and creative, you are so generous; you are a magician. Your creations, all made from scratch are beyond words. The garlic knots, the intoxicating clams, the pasta e fagioli, the lasagne, the cannolis were all stellar beauties I absolutely enjoyed. The servings and portions huge! The menu is very inviting. Love the Monday to Wednesday Pasta, Chicken and Italian specials see photo). The 7 days a week lunch specials photo)look yummy as well. Debbie: you waited on me and made me feel at home and like a million bucks. You were kind, attentive, friendly, professional, so hospitable and sweet. You had that beautiful and natural rapport with all the guests. You made that fresh pot of coffee for me and immaculately packed the ample leftovers. Brianna grateful for your lovely welcome and warmth as you seated me. The vibe and the atmosphere ooze a slice of food heaven. Immaculate restaurant. Spotless bathroom! Everybody, I can talk and write till the whole herd not just the cows come home. As Doug wrote, get your ass over to Slice of Bay Shore! Pronto! I drove 41 miles from Lower Manhattan to 298 W Main St in Bay Shore. I would do this in a heartbeat any chance I get and every week.
Wanted something different, unique and not expensive for Valentine's Day. Heard about this place via Facebook. The pizza was absolutely delicious. Nice and well done, generous portion of pepperoni and an awesome heart shape. It still had 8 slices, which I was pleasantly surprised at. They don't only make the heart pie during Valentine's Day. It's available year round! Yummy yummy!
I've been eating Gios pizza since years ago when he worked at Mama Santina. I followed him to his new restaurant, Slice of Bayshore. Great business man, personable and awesome food. For unknown reasons the other partners foolishly told Gio he was no longer needed. Being the brains and face of The Slice, I know he'll excel at his next opportunity. I will take my appetite elsewhere until Gio resurfaces again. I wish The Slice well, but without Gios vision and supporting his staff it may be a difficult task. Terry Rally.
