Pizza Hut - Bay Village

No clue how Pizza Hut is still in business.pizza was hard and gross.

Was on the phone for an hour and 7 minutes after placing my order and giving my card info and then was directed to 4 different people asking for my order!I asked to speak with a manager and they said we are in a call center that they would have to transfer me to the store to speak with them! Totally unacceptable

One lady she is working on counter she is bad talk with costumer and she had said big louder voice and not a give satisfy answer.

This is the worst place ever horrible employees that hang up on customers and couldn't be more rude besides that

I had never eaten at Pizza Hut before. Ordered here today and was very impressed! Great pizza , great prices super friendly people! Went back for more same day! Loved it!!!!Parking: Easy convenient parking!
