I rate the Billygoat 5 stars because it's simply the Billygoat! It's a charming little bar to enjoy a drink or two. If you keep your expectations in check, you're sure to have a good time. This bar has been around for quite some time and hasn’t changed much in the last 40+ years, at least as far as I recall. I haven't eaten there in ages, so I didn't provide a rating for the food. Price per person: $1–10. Service: 5 stars.
