We sat with Meir, an amazing man and full of goodness like his sushi. We ate a Meir roll, which is the house roll. Delicious on other levels. It's not that the ingredients are unknown, but that it adds to all this goodness inside and out a piece of lemon as well, making each bite the point of an explosion of flavors in the mouth. I ate a lot of sushi in a lot of places, but this twist of lemon is an ingenious flash. Of course the roll comes with an abundance of ingredients and matches the spirit of the landlord.
