I clearly called ahead and asked do you have gluten free crust at the Baytown location, yes we do I place the order and waited 20 min just to get a cancelled order email when I check the status of my order when I’m in the parking lot. The previous time I ordered delivery and I got someone else’s order and I left a tip, the driver came back to pick up the wrong food and then I get a call saying we don’t have gluten free call ahead next time. So I waited a hour to get no pizza and tipped 8 bucks for nothing. This place is ran by idiots taking my business elsewhere.
Ordered a pizza and bread sticks at 715. At 9 the app told us the pizza had been delivered. Called Papa John's and the delivery driver couldn't find the house so they left. Waited till 945 and still no pizza. Called back and was told it would be there shortly. Pizza finally showed up at 1025. Over three hours and yes, the pizza was cold and tasted terrible. I would not waste your time and money on a pizza place that's expensive and incompetent.
Don 't waste your time ordering here. We ordered one pizza and cheese bread at 7:00 pm. I got a notification on my app that it had been delivered and it hadn 't. I called five times before I got someone to answer and they said the driver brought it back because she couldn 't find your house. I asked why she didn 't call me and they said I dunno . They then said they would have it sent out again... I got my pizza 3 hours and 15 minutes later cold. The manager made no attempt to make it right either.
My pizza was horrible.I paid for a meat lovers .Not enough meat .I’ll never return…Just money gone to waste.Pizza Hut from now on.Please give the customers the meat we pay for.
