Pizza Hut - Baytown

Always a great experience at this point! Great customer service and fresh pizza.

I'm not out to give bad reviews, so I'll make it as easy as possible But I didn't know that deliveries have priority over pickups. 20 minutes on the phone, waited 44 minutes on the app to tell us something after the first message and drove in to pick up. It wasn't even in the oven. Only the rest went down from there. But the pizza was right and we ate it. Sooo?

Exactly what we were looking for—quick service and a tasty pizza. The delivery was prompt.

I ordered online, but they forgot my drink and got my order wrong by not giving me the thin crust I requested. They tried to call me twice, but I didn’t answer.

The pizza didn’t even taste good. First time for that in a long time. And not made correctly!
