Contribuisci feedbackReally good shawarma meal. My wife loved the lamb. The menu was confusing, look before you go. Small place with few tables. Girls taking orders couldn't speak English so it's really hard to order. We will be back!
I almost regret even writing this because every place I give a glowing review to becomes so insanely busy and I can never get back into the place again.Shawarma in Town is probably the biggest secret in Baytown that I have discovered anyway. My wife and I went there this evening for the first time. The lady running the place was very warm and inviting, she was patient with us knowing we were new to the establishment. As with every place there is the good and the bad. The good... Well the food and the staff. The gyro and the chicken wrap was out of this world. Very flovorfull but in no way over powering. The Shawarma roasting fills the place with a inviting smell. The Bad... The floors were sticky and the menus we used were dirty to the touch. Full disclosure we arrived with less than an hour left in the business day.But with all that said. If your from Baytown this place across the street from Sterling Highschool next to the old Pizza Hut. Swing by pick up a Gyro or two eat it fresh. We will absolutely be back another day.Thank you so much Shawarma in Town for an authentic Mediterranean meal.
This place is horrible stay away from it. they didn't answer their phone no matter how many times you call them 2 They will deliver something different from what you order which means no matter what you paid you won't get the right food. It's your turn Eat what they bring you?
One of the best shwarmas around coming from a middle eastern guy who eats gyros and shwarmas regularly; it has the best seasoning and food is never dry. They have a really good cook I think her name is julian who cooks the most delicious shwarmas both chicken and lamb/gyro . I will be coming back
Been here a few times, was good the first time but the next few times the food was subpar and flavorless or other times out right nasty. The rice portions are extremely minimal, rice is probably the least expensive thing they sell yet they’re frugal with it the meat was also undercooked. Staff is not kind and tried to charge us for our own water that we brought in($1.50 a bottle). Maybe it’s because of covid but the quality and quantity of food both have been a decrease every time i been there.
