Snowflake Donuts - Baytown

I have lived in baytown for 60 years and for the first time I had bad eating of snowflake. - yes, the kolachen were cold and stale, and the donuts were dry and greasy with glaze that was all in the box when I came home. I guess everything's good to come to an end. I would never have thought that I would remove snowflake from my list of baytown dinge for visitors to experience.

Their customer service is excellent and we appreciate your drive thru service very accurate in all the orders and your positive attitude is just excellent. Thank you for giving us good drive thru service.

I love snowflakes but the people that worked today too so long to give my order and the order isn't even right. I asked for a dozen jalapeño koloches and got regular.. :

Good but miss the old recipes! New owner is nice, nice staff.

The place has gone down hill so much since switch of owners. The food used to be good. Donuts fluffy, Kolachi's were tasty. After waiting in line for 5 minutes per car I get cold food and my daughter loves kolachis and what ever they switched to in the meats swells her lips up. It's ridiculous now.
