Sonic Drive-in - Baytown

My husband went to order food, and the cashier had a cold sore on her lip. While he was placing the order, she touched the cold sore and then proceeded to touch the register. This is one of the nicer Sonics in the area, but the hygiene situation is unacceptable! It's no wonder that people often get sick when they encounter staff like this.

The staff is unfriendly, the service is terrible, and the food quality is poor. Every time I visit, it’s a disappointing experience. Shouldn’t this place just close? Don’t waste your time or money here!

I really enjoyed the unique ordering and dining experience at this restaurant. You can choose the traditional dine-in option, or you can park next to one of the kiosks and place your order from your car, which gave me a nostalgic vibe reminiscent of the movie Cars. However, during my visit at 9 a.m., there was only one employee managing the entire place—taking orders and preparing the food. This meant that there was a bit of a wait, but the service was friendly, and the food was delicious—much better than many other fast-food chains I've tried. I think this place is definitely underrated. I highly recommend trying their milkshakes!

Terrible service simple request for what I wanted on Burger simply and dry got everything on him plus Jalapeños. All my shakes and stopped them at the window then let me wait 15 minutes for chicken strips, so Shakes were melted by the time I got them. Win me a corn dog for free for the waiting tip was so burned n tater deads taste like old oil

Under new Management, I come for lunch often almost decided to never come back because it seemed to keep getting worse every visit. I met the new General Manager, she is very hands-on, positive and outgoing person and in my opinion has really turned this location around since she has started. If you've had a bad experience here give it another shot!
