Starbucks - Baytown

This place is okay. Drive thru is slow. You do not always fill the drinks properly. This happened to me several times and there is no canopy or any kind of protection over the drive thru menu. When it rains, you get wet, your vehicle gets wet. It's annoying. You just have to hope that the Starbucks person will not last forever to take your order. Otherwise it's okay.

Worst service ever! Refused to make the drink the way we wanted! Then I received a smashed lemon cake with a piece of the wrapping left on it. Worst ever, run away fast.

Well, first go... I love STARBUCKS! On the other day I ordered the new Stawberry funnel cake Frappuccino. I was very excited to try this! You know! Who doesn't love a funnel cake! Well, I have my order and that's what I have refunded. I was in a hurry and didn't even notice until I took a sip and there was no taste. I looked at myself and it was all white! I pulled to the side and stirred up with the straw. About 5 minutes. And very little taste. All I ask is that you train your people how the new things please do!
