Subway - Baytown

Picked up 3 sandwiches. Unfortunately the sandwich I got for my lunch had hair in it. Just ruined the whole experience. Will not go here again. Just gross.

Great customer service, and they are always polite.

Feels like you're in jail when you go down the line of food, like the older black lady rushes you through your order. Before you can get the next word out, she'll rush you. I underlined that you want to be fast, but rushing customer is bad customer service. I come here a lot and she's always like that. Management has to talk to her. The treatment of her is very rude. On Monday, April 18th, left.
