I got our order wrong lolTypical in Baytown... Funny but not funny...

Order was wrong, even after the order repeated drinks was irrigated Fries was old it was a great deduction was not worth the money that I paid it ruined our dinner

Ordnete the Italian mozzarella sandwich with extra sauce and middle frits with extra salt. When I received my order, it was said that they put additional salt packages in their pocket. I didn't want to, but okay. When I came to my hotel, less than 5 minutes later, not only did I have no extra sauce, but the pommes were cold. I tried to call, but no answer. Seems like a phone number with a full voicemailbox.

Horrible customer service in the drive-thru just asking about a new item on the menu and all I got in response to all of my questions from the lady was idk with an annoyed voice like I did something wrong then the guy that handed me my food shoved it in my hand and dismissed me in an annoyed way they were very rude I wouldn’t want anyone to get fired but they need to be reprimanded and learn their new menu items I got the new Italian chicken mozzarella sandwich btw that came out good and fully cooked
