Ordered fish and chips and coconut shrimp both were over cooked and uneatable wont be going back
Was recommended to this restaurant by our hotel. The beef stew and corn bread was good but the portion was tiny for $10. The pork pad Thai was in a plastic bowl and was flavorless. Not sure what the hoopla is all about this place. There are better options a few miles away.
I’ve been eating at Noi’s since 1995 and always got the same thing: Pad Prik Gai with chicken. When Noi wasn’t cooking at the old location, you KNEW it because it didn’t taste good. Now, at the new location, I don’t know if Noi is no longer cooking at all or someone else is or they changed the recipe, but it’s simply not good anymore! The last time I had it (a couple of weeks ago) there were actually some kind of beans in it!! The taste was totally unrecognizable— I can’t tell you how saddened I am by this. That dish used to be the stuff cravings were made of. Not anymore. It hasn’t tasted right for years and with this last experience, I don’t think it will ever again. Today, I tried the grilled ham sandwich (pictured) and it was nothing to write home about. It was ham, cheese, and mayo, grilled. That’s it. Literally a sando I could make at home and have it taste the same way. Don’t waste your money— it was $14 for a mediocre sandwich with meh fries. I may start calling ahead to ask who’s cooking before heading over. Parking: Parking during Farmer’s Market, on the weekends, or when High Street Deli (across the street) is open can be a bit of a pain. During non-busy times, parking is easy.
