Nordstrom Grill - Beachwood

I recently dined at this restaurant for the first time and was extremely impressed with the service. Our waiter, David, was outstanding. He was attentive and genuine, providing top-notch service. The food was also delicious. I enjoyed my burger and the fresh oatmeal raisin cookie, but the standout dish was the tomato basil soup. I would definitely return just for a bowl of that soup. Overall, a great experience.

I was out shopping at the mall and decided to grab some lunch at Nordstrom Grill. As soon as I walked in, the manager asked me in a hurried tone how he could help me, making it seem like I was inconveniencing him. Keep in mind that they had just opened a few minutes prior. I have to say, the place could use some improvement. The decor and furniture seem outdated, like something from 2002 that hasn't been updated. The food is basic, similar to what you would find at a regular fast food joint. Despite its great location, it feels more like a Denny's than a Nordstrom. The customer service is very poor, and I left feeling extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant.
