I come here often and I receive an awesome smoothie. I recommend, the Big Wednesday, and PassionFruit Cove delicious!!!
By 6:30 PM, I still hadn’t received my order. This location appears to have declined significantly; the staff, who seemed quite young, lacked any customer service skills and were mostly huddled in the back. Finally, around 6:35 PM, someone approached and asked for my name. At that point, I was nearly ready to cancel my order, but she was very apologetic and promised to resolve the issue. While I appreciated her attitude, the experience had already soured my visit. To top it off, I noticed a male employee preparing a smoothie while rubbing his eye—quite off-putting. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location, even though I work just down the street. What a disappointment.
This review specifically concerns the new avocado toast on the menu. The promotional advertisement suggests a generous portion with plenty of avocado, which raises questions about whether the $6.99 price tag is justified. Despite my reservations, I decided to give it a shot, but I was unfortunately let down. A picture is worth a thousand words, so just look at the photo I’ve attached. The serving size is laughably small—about the size of a typical slice of Italian bread. The bread was dry, and the amount of avocado was pitiful considering the price. It honestly should have been priced at $3.99, and that’s being kind. This critique doesn’t reflect on the rest of the menu, as I frequent this place and have been satisfied with everything else. However, this new avocado toast is simply a joke. Save your money; it's not worth it. Just check out the photo.
This restaurant used to be a fantastic place, but my last two visits have been disappointing. Both times, I waited over 30 minutes for my order, with 15 of those minutes spent standing at the register despite being the only one in line. It appears they are understaffed, as only two employees were handling orders, drinks, and food preparation. I’ve tried using the mobile ordering system, but my customizations for things like milk or protein options significantly increase the price. Others who were also using mobile ordering seemed to be facing the same issues.
