We used the drive-through and that worked. We took our fast food back to our little hotel room. They have more on the menu than just burgers.
I got my food at around 1:40 ish when I got home they put pickles, mayo, ketchup and onions on my quarter pounder when I specified that I only wanted bacons cheese and the meat. Then I politely called them and the guy hung up after the first 3 seconds of me talkin, so I called again and began with my order number then he hung up after 5 seconds and then I called one last time and he swore in French and got mad and told me not to call again. All I want is my food. The average time before he hung up was 5.33 seconds.
Don't get me wrong as I'm a McDonald's fan. However, the service was slow, the food as usual tepid and how come it takes 10 minutes to order and then 15 minutes to get the food when you have one person in front of you and two people ahead of you to get their order??? Why? Why? My order cheeseburger and a drink
I tried to explain to the server Sandra G. That the drink she gave me was not what I ordered, she was rude and impatient with me, didn’t want to listen to me and turned and walked away while I was talking to her. Wow!! The new self sef screens inside are more often than not out of paper which then you don’t get your receipt with your order number on. Love the technology, teenagers need more training or more supervision
