Lobby closed at 5pm due to short staff, and drive through blocked off before 7:30pm. Seems this store doesn't want anyone's money. Meal type: Other

I now understand why it's grill and chill. They prepare the food and set it aside for over 5 minutes and then serve it. There are 4 heat lamps that they don't use. I had warm chicken and old, cold, tough fries and soggy bread.
