KFC - Beamsville

Placed an order, the food was not delivered as per email! I had to call the toll free number, the first person hung up on me, the second said I would receive a text from the store! I received a text 5 mins later saying store in Beamsville closed permanently! Called back the toll free number they said my credit card would be credited 1-3 business days! Unprofessional and unacceptable service, this could have been avoided , why wasn’t the head office aware of the store closure?

Worst KFC I’ve ever had. I ordered 2 chicken combos for 6 and I chose my side as coleslaw but when I received my order I was given French fries instead. In conclusion the food was cold and tasted disgusting. Didn’t even taste like KFC. This is a 0 star would never go back again.

This is the absolute worst kfc ever! Got a 12 peice bucket( take out) . Got home to find my chicken is burnt! Not even edible. Do the employees not care they are sending out this garbage! Would they eat this, or serve this to their family? They should be ashamed! Called them to let them know. They where rude and didn't care! Never again! A huge waste of money and time! I dont even want to give this 1 star! No stars at all! Do better beamsville kfc!

We ordered takeout and our chicken was disgusting. It had zero breading and was just a greasy pile of chicken that looked like someone had peeled the breading off. Completely inedible. I wish I could give this negative reviews because this was so terrible it does not even deserve one star. We had to make alternative dinner plans and throw the chicken away.

Beyond slow, when ordering online and given a pick up time they actually mean they won’t make it until you arrive to pick it up. Not worth it.over an hour from ordering before receiving food. This is a repeat incident. First time we figure accident. Shame on us for trying again. Lesson learned.
