Tim Hortons - Beamsville

On weekend i was there with my friends first of all we had wait for more than 10 min . Than one girl take order from us and I was ordered Steve and my friends order same thing but the girl was on phone with someone she gave us coffee. When we came back for changed it she talk in very disrespect way and she said she gave us coffee because she haven’t Steve tea . It looks so stupid if she haven’t Steve tea so why she took order from us as well as I asked make a new Steve tea and she said she never make a Steve tea after 9 o clock. She is Indian girl and I disappointed with her.

If you like rude Foreign people treating you badly...this is the place for you...Customer Service clearly is not a priority.

Decent for Coffee, please.. unless you’re buying donuts or cookies, everything else is just not worth it!!

They have almost none of the products they display on the menu, and somehow they still take 20 minutes to make a coffee ? Then we get the coffee and the donut and they are in terrible shape the coffee has spilled all over itself, dripping everywhere, and the donut is a MESS (half mangled).This is the worst tims experience we’ve ever had.

I just went to there through drive through and I ordered for croissant with heated and butter steap tea and tim beats and when i went to the window for my order they give me baggleSo i told i asked for croissant not baggle they took the baggle back and give me croissant which was not heated just butter was added. I waited and tried to call them but they didn’t even responded me back.
