Papa John's Pizza - Bear

Nasty nasty nasty! One of the workers was outside smoking when we pulled up and walked right in to find our food and hand it to us WITHOUT touching a drop of water or soap! Thank goodness we were picking up from the wrong location. Then as we were leaving he went back outside to finish smoking. If he was so bold to do this in front of customers, imagine what he does when no one is around. Just nasty! Wash your damn hands man!

Waited an hour and 45 min to get my cold pizza. I tried calling the store about 4 times to check on the status of my order, since the website quoted a 65 minute delivery time. Delivery driver arrived and tried telling me I still had to pay for my order, when the receipt clearly stated I had paid and left a tip via credit card. Still could not get ahold of the store to try and speak to a manager.....

I have not ordered from here for a long time. I never will again. I ordered 2 Philly steak papadias and when I opened them they hardly had any meat at all! Just a bunch of bread. The onions and green peppers must be so small that I can hardly see them. Total disappoint. The cinnabons are awful too. Never believe what you see on a commercial!
