I had a great experience at the restaurant. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. However, my mashed potatoes had been under the heat lamp for just a bit too long. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and the steak was cooked to perfection!

I returned to Roadhouse this evening, opting for takeout this time. I had been cautioned against ordering takeout since it might not be the same experience, and I can definitely understand why. The catfish was overcooked and quite crunchy. However, the side salad was tasty. I also tried a child's meal of steak tips. They were a good size for a child's plate and well-seasoned, but unfortunately, they were too dry. I'll take the advice to heart going forward; I think I'll sit at the bar, enjoy a drink, and then place my order so I can soak in the atmosphere as well.
