Mcdonald's - Beatrice

I went in to order. my order was messed up when I called. jess (the manager in the service) was very professional and polite. she went beyond and beyond to get me out. I could get the corrected version of my order. this interaction actually made my day a little better.

Table dirty. on the teenagers working there saw the table tents on the floor and never took them up, but went 3 times around them also slower service. I went to the discussion without order.

Waits in the line for almost 20 minutes, just to order eating never made it up the road because they were much faster

What a busy place that treated the hurry with a lot of gnade! the manager was in the window triple duty to take orders, the drive-thru and manager team! we had a problem with our order, but she took care of it while she worked everything else! very impressive!

When nothing else is open it's a great option, otherwise, it's better to avoid it unless you have a craving. The poor staff is constantly changing and I rarely see the same people twice. Tonight we went and ordered some food through drive thru and they forgot to give us the fries with our meals. We went back through and they almost forgot again, handing us spicy chicken sandwiches! It wasn't that busy and it was just french fries! Really disappointed, this is a new low.
