Has not heard what we ordered to put cheese on burger when we asked not to park it on 2 of the burgers for health reasons: quantity

If I could rate zero, I would wait 20mins for nuggets. After waiting for 10mins, the journey through the girl asked me to go to the waiting queue, as the kitchen staff had not yet set up nuggets. graceful customer service they are slow, bad management, bad kitchen staff and I will not be back. and everything was hardly warm, as not sure how it works, except that they let the items then sit there for another 10 minutes, they were not busy had 1 customer in the business and my car on the drive thru. needs new management.

Needs to be shut down for a couple days for a deep clean as a employee has told me and his house hold that some workers have been bring COVID into that place on the 13th-14th of July 2022

What a show! Service was slow, but didn’t mind so much when the entertainment started. The 2 young serving girls had a visit from another off duty staff member and her friends, another girl and 3 boys. Not a bad wicket when they’re getting 3 drinks for the price of a smile. At least the off duty girl stepped front of house to assist in filling “that order” and strut back and forth.Meanwhile I have to check my own order and represent to the counter to request the missing items, an imposition I know, especially when there were repeated toilet meetings to be had...hope they washed their hands.I was however surprised by the nice apology I received when interrupting them to leave the toilets myself. That was much more pleasant than the state of the ladies, or the restaurant itself for that matter.But the food was edible no adverse health resulted, so I can’t complain too loudly, as for the complementary show was very unexpected and quite the eye opener. Thank you HJ Beaudesert.

Waited in line for 30 mins for a single burger while a young male staff member with long black hair was looking out the window at a loud v8 car and proceeded to talk while there were several customers in line. After 10 mins, they finally decided to start making my burger while other staff members sat at the front counter laughing and discussing their pay. Absolutely disgusting and appalling behaviour. Was not at all fast food, in fact a waste of money.
