Outback Steakhouse - Beaufort

Our server Cassidy,was fabulous especially for only being there 2 weeks. It made our anniversary weekend even better.

Some friends and I went in the other night and Tony was our server . He said he was kind of new at serving but that young man was one of the best servers I’ve had wait on me. I’m a server myself and pride myself of giving excellent service and he goes above and beyond. His manners his dress , his humor , all 10/10 just incredible by far the best server out back has in South Carolina.

Had dinner in the bar area and the bartender Sabrina was our server and she was excellent. Her timing was superb and the food was delicious. Highly recommend this Outback.

Tonight we went to have my daughter 30th Birthday Dinner with family and friends. The Manager and waitress sat 10 people around that area was a booth and another free table. Do you know they would not let us sit at those tables? and it was a hour and 30 min in I noticed everyone guest after us received bread they didn’t bring none to our tables nor did they offer us none. They gone tell us the table was a different server (like that would effect us and her making money) If we took what they said they profiled us before we even sat down. (The Manager was Horrible on April 13th at 7:30pm) He don’t need to be running nobody restaurant that’s probably why the ratings is 4.1 but after I made the statement about the bread and another waitress heard me we look up now the lady brings the party bread. (WOW) but don’t care what kind of day you have people paying their money for good service and food Lamb was burnt service was horrible and to top it off a family trying to have a pleasant evening turned into sour note eating at Outback tonight. Please if you take a party don’t go with that short black bald head man on shift he is not helpful at all. (Then they lie about the girl being new. Oh after we left we double back to see if the tables we could of sat to was cleaned off cause they never cleaned them off while we was there but soon as we left they had the time. With nobody waiting to be seated while we was there. 0/1000

Von was absolutely amazing. We came in not knowing what time Outback closes and with 30 minutes to spare, Von made us feel right at home! He welcomed us with a smile, offered great menu suggestions, and went out of his way to make our experience enjoyable. Thanks Von!
